Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery (United States): 5–13 business days from order date. Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days.

Cost: FREE standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.

Tracking: every order gets a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days of ordering.

Kits & multi-item orders: to get your order moving fastest, items may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment points. Every package is tracked — you'll get all tracking numbers.

Delays: if your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.
