How long does shipping take?
Orders usually process in 1-2 business days, then ship with tracking. Delivery timing depends on the product and fulfillment route, so check the product page and your tracking email for the latest details.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet - Fairlane Goods is US-only at launch.

Are the refill bladders included?
Yes. The tote offer is positioned with 3 refill bladders included, so customers are not surprised after purchase.
How should I clean it?
Rinse the bladder after use, let it fully dry before storage, and spot-clean the tote exterior as needed. Do not put the full bag in a washing machine unless the product care label says it is safe.
