30-day guarantee. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required for defective items.

Changed your mind? Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Buyer covers return shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened consumables (lash trays, glue rings, sanding bands) can't be restocked once unsealed.

How to start a return: email support@lashtechsupplyco.com with your order number. We respond within one business day with instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
